Scheduling

Property Access

• You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the service area at the scheduled time.
• If we cannot access the property or the service area is unsafe, we may reschedule and may charge a trip fee where permitted by law and communicated in advance.

Preparation
You agree to:

• Remove obstacles (toys, hoses, pet waste, low-hanging items, etc.) from the work area when reasonably possible.
• Secure pets and ensure gates are accessible where required.
• Notify us of hazards (sprinkler heads, invisible fences, fragile landscaping, irrigation schedules, recently applied chemicals, etc.).

3) Payments, Fees, and Taxes

Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking or service confirmation.
• We may require a deposit for certain services or projects.
• If you have a recurring service plan, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file according to the agreed schedule.

Late Payments

• Overdue balances may incur late fees where permitted by law and communicated to you in advance.

4) Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations

Therefore:

• We do not guarantee specific results (for example, exact color, thickness, weed-free conditions, or growth rates).
• Some services may require multiple visits and consistent maintenance to achieve improvements.

6) Damage, Claims, and Liability

We take care to perform Services professionally and safely. However, by using our Services you acknowledge:

• Normal wear, seasonal changes, and pre-existing conditions are not damage.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden or undisclosed hazards (for example, unmarked sprinkler heads, shallow wiring, debris, or unsafe ground conditions).

Claims
If you believe we caused property damage:

• Notify us within 7 days of the service date (or sooner if possible).
• Provide photos and a description of the issue.
  We will review and, if appropriate, work with you on a reasonable resolution.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1st Home Lawn Care will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or revenue, arising from or related to the Site or Services.

If liability is found, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
